Set Up > Machines
In Service - This feature will allow you to remove a machine from 'in service' which suspends the machines on the associated schedules and does not allow dispatches to be created against it.

Set Up Menu
Custom Properties - can be used to provide additional fields in the Machine Setup. For example, you can create properties for Asset Number and Warranty Date.

  I have introduced this feature to about 6 of our plants now, and they all love it. It is a lot easier to use this than go to the scheduler and suspend every schedule to a machine.
