🚀 Celebrating a successful L2L deployment at Worthington Armstrong Venture's Las Vegas location! 🚀

🔍 After a productive onsite discovery meeting, the ceiling solutions leader began using L2L's system immediately with the maintenance team spearheading initial testing. The deployment was already weeks ahead of schedule and could've been our fastest had it not been for minor hardware delays.

🛠️ Our strategy evolved significantly during the training sessions. The WAVE team decided not only to use the system for dispatches but also for entering product orders and actuals. This helped them iron out their processes and eliminate manual tasks well before going live.

⭐ The WAVE team was heavily engaged, excited, and eager to level up their daily communication practices the first day they went live. By the second day, they were ready to begin the next phase of the strategy: using every L2L module, including Skills, Lean Tools, and eventually, Tooling.

💪 With training already underway, WAVE Las Vegas is aggressively working toward setting the standard for the rest of the WAVE business and will be a model site for future implementations.
