We're working on some exciting new stuff!
FeaturedWe recently added the Actual Cost Savings section to the Kaizen Module along with several Kaizen supporting APIs. Our Technical Services Team is busy creating custom Studio Apps for customers with these new enhancements.
Coming up in the next month:
- Checklist UI Updates - Checklists are getting a major overhaul. We're making them more user friendly and mobile friendly. Check out the sneak peak.
- Multiple WIP Orders on the Op Console - this functionality will allow for multiple build sequences to be in progress at the same time on the same line. Currently within L2L you can only run one order at a time, but many customers have processes that begin at one end of the line and finish quite a bit farther down - the beginning of the line has likely started a new order before the last order has completed; this will allow for that scenario.
- Spares Average Cost + Cycle Counting + Classification - This functionality will be brand new to L2L. The purpose of a spares cycle count functionality is to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels of spare parts. Instead of conducting a full physical inventory count, which can be time-consuming and disruptive, cycle counting involves regularly counting a portion of the inventory on a predetermined schedule. This helps to identify and rectify discrepancies between the actual inventory and the recorded inventory levels, reducing the likelihood of stockouts or overstock situations. By maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizations can improve operational efficiency, reduce carrying costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Check out the mock up:
