Sometimes there's long and troublesome ways to solve some breakdowns on machines/equipment and when reading dispatch history, there's a long write down on how the issue was solved. Other times there's just a quick "restared the computer" answer that really doesn't help so much.
Got a suggestion from a service technician that he would like to have a tickbox on the dispatches that one can tick if he or someone wrote a good guide on how to solve a specific problem. Then later it can be easily found in some report/dispatch history so other technicians can get help from it. Like, "this was a helpful post" thing one can see on some online forums. Can be added maybe as a tickbox on the dispatch history report also so one only get posts that users think would be helpful when they wrote the solution/guide. What do you think about this?
