Currently a checklist needs to be filled out before completing the dispatch. Can it be changed so the dispatch can be completed without filling out the checklist. But the checklist needs to be filled out before closing.
The reason for the change is so someone else fills out the checklist after the technician completed the work. The line tech staff or section head is required to check quality of parts before and after a repair. A notification will be sent to the designated associate that the machine has been worked on and dispatch is completed. Either the tech staff or the section head fills out the checklist indicating the part quality has been verified then closes the dispatch.
Currently paper tags are used to accomplish this. Would like to track this in L2L.
