Backdating Dispatches
What would be the proper way to backdate a dispatch?
For example, we performed a necessary cleaning on a specific component on a machine on a Friday. The operation was performed before a dispatch was ever entered. The operator waited until the following Monday to submit the dispatch?
How should the operator report the dispatch and how should the person assigned to cleaning the component respond to the dispatch?

Thank you for your communication.
You may use the 'Resource Time' found at the bottom of an open dispatch and change the times to help perform this request.

I would also wait until the resource has completed the dispatch then go to the resource time. You will be able to change all the times at once (Reported, started, initially dispatched, completed) you can also adjust the time of the resource at that time.
