    Hi Bernard,

Ive done a bit of research into this new feature of the IPhone and it appears that it is only free text messaging between apple devices such as the Ipad and IPhone over Wi-Fi or 3G. The good news is that if you have a internet enabled IPhone, you can set up an email account on the IPhone and have notifications sent to this email address and receive them in this manner. If you have any more questions regarding this or need any further clarification, let me know.

    Thanks!

    Jeremy

The Resource(Technician Group) has access to all areas except for INPUT and ACCESS and can modify dispatches but cannot change times on any of the events. The regular User user group only has access to the reports screen. The operator user group is only for operators and is used when the operator login switch is turned on requiring a login id but no password from the operator input screen to enter events.
