Hi Tracy, one option here is to use the export function at the bottom of the report and open in excel. From there you can use excel's sort and/or filter functions in the data menu to quickly accomplish this. Give this a try and let me know if that helps. Also if you need any help please let me know and I would be happy to walk you through it. One thing to note: when exporting to excel make sure that you have all rows selected by changing the "rows per page" at the top of the report to 'ALL'.

Thank you for the suggestion. We are currently working on a new platform for the reports that will include a feature for sorting based on problem descriptions. In the short term there is an opiton on any of the reports sceens that have the search function in the top left corner (detail history, dispatch history) to search for key words and/or word strings by adding & between each word. For example if you were looking for instances were High Kick Out was in the description, you would type High$Kick$Out in the search box. This will pull all events with these three words in the comments. We will keep you updated when new reporting functionality in the future.
