Training Videos
when I click on the training videos from the support tab, they don't play in the system.

In some cases your browser version and or local network firewall may be preventing your from viewing the videos. We are working to make the videos easier to access on our end, but in the meantime you can also view the videos from our youtube page directly. Most of our sites have had success with IE11 or Chrome.
