I have a colleague here who is concerned about the response time to dispatches in his area. I believe he's concerned about resource shortages and so he's looking for a way to aggregate the response time data over shifts/days/weeks etc. Is there a report that would provide this?
Also, how difficult would it be to make the Response Time column sortable in the Dispatch Screens and in individual area's 24-Hr Reports?
