Resource not available to dispatch?

    you should be all set. It looks like John was offline and needed to be added to the tech pool. I tried to add him to a dispatch and he was available to dispatch. In the future you can check the Resource Pool to see if the resource is available and use Edit mode and click to make available. Resources can also make themselves available/unavailable from their home screen.
