Windows 7 vs. Windows XP

    Hi Amber, its hard to know what the issue is with your PC. Based on the fact that many of our customers and all of our developers are currently using Windows 7. I don't believe that is the issue. My recommendation would be to submit a ticket to the help desk to take a look at the difference between your PC & laptop. I'm thinking it may be that your PC has an older version of Internet Explorer or Java is not up to date. This is something the IT folks there can check for you. Also if they need any questions answered from us please have them contact us.
