    We keep it simple. We have a weekly dispatch schedule for each area and we have a dispatch question to record the number of nonconformances (one number).

    Checklist can be a paper form or a pdf attachment to the dispatch. We still use a paper form.

    We use API to pull the results of that question and display historic data with Power BI.

    We are just starting to go down the path of checklists for Leader Standard Work which will include some 5S activities. We are finding that whether we use the L2L checklists or a paper form really will depend on the role performing the activity since not everyone has access to a mobile device.

    Great point, Jeanine, we are adding more tablets on the floor so we would like to do an electronic checklist if possible.
