Version of L2L Software

"How do I know what revision level of L2L Software is currently deployed for my company?"  

Customers often ask us what version of L2L Software their company is running. They also want to know how they can find this information on their own in the future. 

From your Home Screen, as from any page in L2L, you can see the current software revision level of L2L by following these steps: Locate the Support tab under the left hand menu. Hovering over Support will display the sub-menu items, including Change Log. Clicking Change Log will take you to the Dispatch Change Log page. Here you will find brief summaries of software updates and releases for the current calendar year beginning with Release followed by YYYYMM.DD.XXXX (XXXX represents software version revision level). Directly across the top of the page, you will find a drop down selector for additional 'Available Years' of Dispatch Change Log > Release Notes. 

Pro-Tip: You are working in L2L and notice that something looks or behaves a bit differently than you recall. Although we make announcements in advance of software updates, this is a good place to see if a new release has been recently deployed.
