Having trouble locating an account in L2L?
You are just certain that an account for everyone on your team was created in L2L, but your search is not returning any results. Could you or someone else have accidentally deleted that account? (Okay, stop right there. Like most data that has an associated Code, no user accounts are ever deleted in L2L.)
So you try different spellings. Nada. You don't want to just give up, so you try creating an account by using the Add New + function.
Now you get an error message! This login ID is already in use. Huh? That Username already exists. It's already in use. (scratch head)
You just know that this person is active in L2L. Whoa there, Nelly! That's it! Could they have been inactivated? Only one way to find out.
Double check your filtering options. If you're only searching using the ACTIVE filter for account holders, try Inactive or ALL.
Hit APPLY and voila! There they are!
Pro Tip: keep this in mind whenever you are searching. You may be inadvertently narrowing your search with the filtering options you've selected.
For Users, these filtering options can include User Groups, i.e. Access Level (User, Resource, Administrator) and Site.
