Red Exclamation Point ( ! )

A new Red ! has been added to the Comments and Countermeasures text box for those pitches where the Actual is less than the Demand and when the 'Require a comment if Actual is less than Demand' is checked (enabled) in the Production Settings.

*Note: this will occur even if your metrics for the pitch are Green when this setting is enabled.  

*Note: This Red Exclamation point will appear only when your actuals are supplied by the API integration. Its intention is to visually signal that a comment is requested.

If you are manually adding the actuals to each pitch, you can require a comment to be added if the actual is less than demand by turning on this feature (see below example) and have the "This field is required" signal show up. Great for capturing information on what happened during the low-performance pitch.

To modify the setting to 'Require a Comment if Actual is Less than Demand' for a pitch, an Admin with the necessary permissions in the Production Module can change that setting by going to: Production > Production Settings > Operator Portal Settings > Require a comment if Actual is less than Demand > disable by un-checking the corresponding box.
