Sometimes, Line Leads or Supervisors will go back through past pitches to inactivate pitches that had no data. To do so, you can click into the pitch you wish to inactivate from the Schedule, Operator Portal, or PitchBoard. You'll find an inactivate button or a check box to inactivate the pitch. If the pitch has actuals, you'll be presented with a pop-up message asking if you are sure as it will clear any data present.
If you have operators checked into a line that you want to inactivate, you'll first have to adjust their times from the User Time Tracking Report. Once the operators have been removed, you can select inactivate.
