Many customers ask L2L Support to upload data for them, which we are always more than happy to do. We thought a list of all the data types which can be uploaded via import tool would be a helpful reference. Every dataload is site specific, meaning that if your company has multiple sites, dataloads must still be performed individually by site. This is true even if the data being loaded to each site is otherwise identical. For example, you want a
*Please note that any dataload requests which involve security settings, additional access, and additional permissions are not possible to perform via import. For security reasons, these changes must be made on an individual basis, either by your Site L2L Administrator, or by L2L Support.
- Requests for security and permission related edits must be submitted to L2L via a Support ticket
- These requests must include authorization from your Site L2L Administrator

L2L Support has provided additional articles with specific details about each of the above Imports and Dataloads, including required information and cell content format. Please use the name of the import type to find those articles on this site.
For User/Resource loads, and any data loads for that matter, each site requires its own import.
So, if you would like Users / Resources to have basically the same access in more than one site, you can just let us know that and we will perform an import to one site and then to the other.
As far as incidicating FALSE for one Resource, you are correct. If the response in the cell had been TRUE, that individual would have Resource. You can edit that manually, but that's good to be aware of going forward.
If there are quite a number of Users / Resources for whom you would like to grant Sandbox access, you can send that file and we'll import it for you.
One thing to note: if a group has already been added to either the live Heil site or your Sandbox, provided nothing changes except granting access to the additional site, there will be no changes to their profiles.
It's also important to note that passwords can only be added once via import. After that, they can only be edited manually. Just FYI on this one.
If you have additional User / Resource imports, please submit attached to a new Support ticket. That just makes tracking data loads easier for us, and you know we're all about making it easy!
