The times, they are a changin! From now on, when you need to submit a ticket to L2L Support, we've made it even easier for you to do so! No more being directed to your email first.
From your home page, find the Support tab under the selection options menu on the left hand side of the screen. Under Support, click on the Submit A Ticket hyperlink. This will take you directly to our Support website, exactly where you are right now in fact.
So, now you are on the L2L Support website. Easy schmeezy! Before you submit a ticket to L2L Support, please search on the subject for which you are about to submit a ticket. If you cannot find the answer to your question, please let us know. If you do find the answer, voila! Well done! Please feel free to let us know by checking the 'Was this article helpful? Yes' box.
You can submit a ticket with any request, even to ask about a Professional Services Agreement when you would like us to consider adding a new feature. You can also submit a ticket: if something doesn't seem to work the way you thought it would, if you would like to find out about additional training options, want to know when our next Webinar is scheduled, you name it.
