You've probably gone into your Inventory Control to add a new part. As you're adding all the details, you noticed a checkbox next to "Flag for Refresh:"
If you've also wondered what that means or what it's used for, you're in luck and you're about to find out!
Some L2L customers use an ERP system that integrates with our Spares Module. For those customers with ERP integrations, setting this 'Flag' will force the spares record on our side to be refreshed with all of the data from the ERP system.
For our customers who use L2L Spares as a standalone system, you don't need to worry about checking the 'Flag for Refresh' box. Full updating occurs automatically.
Isn't that refreshing!
