If a required Pitch has been inadvertently deleted from the system, the deleted Pitch can be re-created and populated with the correct information as long as the details of the pitch are known or documented, such as Pitch Actuals.
From the Production Module select 'Pitch Schedule'. Select the appropriate Area, Line, Shift, and Template as well as the date from which the pitch has been deleted.
Select the 'Add New'. Then edit the Pitch details. Update the time you wish to re-create, along with the pitch demand, operator count, and non-production and production minutes. Select 'Save'.
Once the Pitch has been re-created you will need to select the pitch from the operator portal view and update Pitch actuals and scrap. Select 'Save'.
