Customers often contact us when something seems amiss with their Dispatch screen display: Overcrowding, input fields falling off the page, distorted views, check boxes not lining up correctly, etc.
Often the problem is as simple as having your display view size zoomed too far beyond the default setting. In these instances, a 'Reset' option is visible as you maximize or minimize your display.
This can also be caused by browser caching, especially if it's been a while since you logged completely out of L2L and if you don't regularly shut down and restart your computer.
All browsers cache data, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, IE, Edge. Try clearing your browsing history and cookies. *There is an excellent article on this very site with instructions how to clear browser cached if you have any questions.
Excessive zoom causes distorted layout display:
Below is another example of distorted display. A local network update was performed causing the browser settings to be disabled. This was resolved by opening the browser (IE) => Settings => Internet options => Advanced => Accelerated graphics => enable the "User software rendering instead of GPU rendering"
