There are three primary levels of access for active L2L Dispatch Account holders:
- USER
- RESOURCE
- ADMINISTRATOR
Below are permissions by Module and Access Level
USERS:
DISPATCH: Users can create Dispatches, Operator Fixes, Work Orders, Kaizens
Standard Work / Document Center:
- View Documents and other fields within the Document Center
- Complete and Close Checklists and Standard Work
Scheduler Module: View Schedule Calendars
Work Order Module: Create new Work Orders, view existing Work Orders, view Calendar
Spares Module: Request Spares
Production Module: View Week Summary, Operator Portal, & Pitch Boards, and Run Production Reports
Dashboards & Skills: Users can view Dashboards and most areas within Skills
Reports: Users can access most standard Reports
Users cannot:
DISPATCH: Users cannot Edit, add Actions/Components/Reason Codes, etc.
- Note: USERS can make select options for the above Actions/Components/Reasons when creating Dispatches and Operator Fixes from the OPERATOR PORTAL
- Complete / Close Dispatches
- Note: USERS can Complete Operator Fixes created from the Operator Portal
- Users cannot Create or Edit Schedules
- Users cannot Edit Work Orders
- Users cannot edit Production fields, metrics, or displays
- Users cannot edit items in Skills with the exception of acknowledging training
- SETUP: Users cannot access, view, edit, or create items under the SETUP menu
- Users cannot view API Documentation from the SUPPORT tab in the Main Menu
RESOURCES:
DISPATCH:
- Resources can be Dispatched to Dispatches
- Resources can create, edit, Complete and Close Dispatches.
Standard Work / Document Center:
- Resources can view all Document/Standard Work instances.
- Resources can complete and close Checklists and Standard Work.
Scheduler Module:
- Resources can be assigned to Scheduled Events
- View Schedule Calendars
- Update Machine Counts
Work Order Module:
- Resources can Create new Work Orders
- View existing Work Orders
- View the Work Order Calendar
- Run Work Order Reports
Spares Module: Resources can Request Spares
Production Module: View Week Summary, Operator Portal, & Pitch Boards, and Run Production Reports
Dashboards & Skills: Resources can view Dashboards and most areas within Skills

- Can Update & Delete Dispatches
- Can Modify Settings in the Dispatch Module
Standard Work / Document Center Module:
- Administrators can view all Document/Standard Work instances.
- Administrators can complete and close Checklists and Standard Work.
- Administrators can create Document Revisions.
- Administrators can View Document Associations.
- Administrators can edit closed Checklists.
Scheduler Module:
- Administrators can view all Schedules
- Administrators can view Schedule Calendars
- Administrators can see Unscheduled Machines
- Administrators can Update Machine Counts
- Administrators can modify Scheduler Settings
Work Order Module:
- Administrators can create new Work Orders
- View existing Work Orders
- View the Work Order Calendar
- Run Work Order Reports
- Modify Work Order Settings
Spares Module:
- Administrators can Request Spares
- Administrators can Perform Spares Imports
- Administrators can view and Add New:
- Tooling
- Tooling Categories
- Tooling Statuses
- Tooling Locations
PRODUCTION MODULE:
- Administrators can view the following:
- Week Summary
- Operator Portal
- Pitch Boards
- Calendar
- Pitch Schedules
- Pitch Schedule Templates
- Scrap Categories
- Product Orders
- Administrators can edit the following:
- Pitch Details
- Modify Production Settings
Dashboards & Skills: Administrator can view Dashboards and most areas within Skills
Reports: Administrators can access standard Reports
SETUP: Administrators can access the SETUP Menu allowing them to edit, create, activate, and inactivate throughout each Module
Administrators cannot:
- Create new Documents
- Create new Scheduled Events
- Edit Work Orders
- Edit Pitch Schedules or Pitch Schedule Templates
- Edit Product Orders
- Grant Module access through Security Settings in each Module
