L2L Support uses Zendesk, a third party ticketing system, to process Support requests. If you've ever submitted a Support Ticket, you have received the initial auto-response from Zendesk letting you know that we've received your ticket and will respond within 24 hours.

Responses from Zendesk are sometimes diverted into spam folders, depending on how your email provider interprets domain names. So, if you haven't heard back from us in a timely manner, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders to make sure the response has not been misdirected.
