Checklist Yes/No Auto Dispatch Launch

You may have scheduled event questions that you wish to automatically escalate based on the answer to yes or no checklist questions. Many customers have done this manually with a follow up dispatch, but this functionality streamlines and mistake proofs this process to ensure it is immediately escalated.

How to Setup: This feature is only available from the document checklist feature. Once you create or edit an existing document you can select the yes/no within the document edit controls. This will populate the launch dispatch functionality within that edit control type. You will now have the ability to select the dispatch type you wish to launch for either yes, no, both yes & no or neither. Clicking into the pencil icon will bring up a means to edit the controls for the task within a table. If it is not a table task, the launch dispatch checkbox is listed beneath the task.

Note: if you have multiple yes/no auto dispatches with the same dispatch type within your checklist, the system will launch multiple dispatches of that dispatch type against a machine regardless of whether that particular dispatch type has the "Only one Dispatch per Machine at one time" turned on.
