Many companies use Single Sign On (SSO) software technology to enhance security for their users as an additional layer of protection to safeguard their data. L2L works with our customers to set up SSO capability. Please see our Support Article on SAML Setup in Dispatch for additional details: SAML Setup in Dispatch
If your company uses SSO, the process for resetting your password is different than for non SSO user accounts.
This is how your login page should look when you access L2L: There should be no information in the USERNAME and PASSWORD fields.
Instead, SSO users click on the "Or log in with: [L2L MyCompanySSO(SAML/LDAP)]" button. You will then see a screen that looks like this:
Type your MyCompanyName network Username and Password. Entering incorrect passwords 3 or more times will cause your account to lock. Please follow the MyCompanyName process (usually involving your IT department Help Desk) to have your account unlocked.
Unlike non-SSO user L2L accounts, Leading2Lean Support personnel do not have access to these network bound records and are not able to assist with requests to reset passwords.
