Many companies use Single Sign On (SSO) software technology to enhance security for their users as an additional layer of protection to safeguard their data. L2L works with our customers to set up SSO capability. Please see our Support Article on SAML Setup in Dispatch for additional details: SAML Setup in Dispatch
If your company uses SSO, the process for resetting your password is different than for companies that use L2L logins.
Logging in with SSO
If your company uses SSO, you'll see a button below the L2L Login form that will take you to your company's SSO login. In the example below, the "Company SSO" button will do just that.
Once you click on your Company SSO button, you will be taken to another login screen that is hosted by your company. Enter your company credentials (not L2L credentials), and sign in. If you are already authenticated by your company, you may actually skip this screen.
Once your company verifies your credentials, you will be taken to your CloudDISPATCH Home Screen.
- When logging in to your company's Login screen, take care to use the correct username and password, as entering your credentials incorrectly may result in getting locked out of your account.
- Leading2Lean Support personnel do not have access to your company's directory, and we cannot help you with SSO Login issues. You mush reach out to your IT department for assistance.
