Trainers are those who are responsible and certified to train and record the training levels of the team members assigned to a specific group of associates by line(s) and or by Role(s).
To add new trainers, you need to:
- Select the section for trainers
- Select 'Add New' button
- Find and select the person name from the list
- Find and select the lines this person is certified to train others on
- Select the 'save' button
- The example below is of a Trainer who is certified to train those individuals that are Role-based
- Note: To add trainers to this list, you must have Managers rights in the skills settings tab.
- Note: If you have a user listed as a trainer and they are receiving an error that says"'Trainers must be trained on a skill to at least the same level to train" when trying to edit another users skill level, please be sure they have the Managers rights in the Skills Settings.
