Overview: Sometimes we get support requests suggesting that the system is down. Although possible it is typically not likely that it is down on our end due to various safeguards we have in place to ensure you get the highest level of accessibility possible.
How We Operate: In an effort to continuously improve the system we regularly update your instance of L2L to ensure you are getting of the latest and greatest updates and features. These regular updates will happen without impacting your ability to access or utilize the system. All updates are posted on our change log within our support menu item.
System Maintenance: From time to time we may have to take your system down for a 10-15 minutes to make larger system updates. Our policy is that in these instances you will be notified from an L2L representative, and we will work with you to schedule these updates at a time that is least disruptive to your process.
Troubleshooting: Follow these steps if you feel you have a system accessibility problem
- Try accessing the system from your PC, if unsuccessful go to step 2
- Try accessing the system from a different PC with similar network access, still no access? go to step 3
- Try accessing into the system from a PC or Mobile device on a network other than your company service
- If you are still experiencing difficulty accessing the system, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work with you to resolve.
Key Point: Sometimes when companies update their networks or perform security updates they sometimes block L2L from the firewall settings. If this is the case contact your local IT group to allow access to your L2L URL.
