What is the best way for me to contact the L2L Support Team?
If you have a quick question, we have a live Chat site available. You can access our Live Chat by first going to support.leading2lean.com , the L2L Support website. The link is available under the SUPPORT tab in the navigation menu on the left side of every page within Dispatch.
If you have an active L2L user account, you can also create your own personal account on our support website. Be sure to use the email address associated with your L2L account rather than your company network login credentials. You will have to create a unique password as you cannot use your L2L account login password.
In the lower right hand corner of the every page on our Support website, you will see a "Support" green bubble. This will connect you with Support Personnel available to Chat with you and answer questions.
If all Support Team members are assisting other L2L clients, you can leave a message and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. Again, generally within 24 hours. Leaving a message on our Live Chat will automatically create a Support ticket, so your inquiry is viewed by the whole Support Team.

Oftentimes, customers directly email the L2L person they deal with the most frequently. While we would never want to discourage this practice, it is important to keep a few things in mind. When customers email us directly, other Support Team members are not able to respond or help in any way because they are not aware of the email. Many Support Team members travel frequently, so responses to direct email questions are often delayed unnecessarily.
We always try to respond as quickly as possible, generally within 2 - 4 hours. For dataloads, please allow up to 48 hours turnaround time.
