What is the best way for me to contact the L2L Support Team?
We always try to respond as quickly as possible, generally within 2 - 4 hours. For dataloads, please allow up to 48 hours of turnaround time.

Submit a Ticket
Do you have a question, think you found a bug, or would like to request a feature enhancement? Submit a ticket by clicking the "Contact Us" link in the top right of our Support Site. Select a form for the type of ticket you'd like to send in (Bug, Feature, Other...) You'll hear back from our support staff within a business day.
If you need to report a bug, please include:
- Brief description of the issue
- URL of the broken page
- How you got there
- Expected result
- Actual result
- Screenshots (include the whole browser window, including the URL and Site name)
- Additional information, including impact
If you'd like to request a feature, please let us know the use case.
Check ticket status/update ticket: Once a ticket has been created, you can check the status and update your tickets on the support site. Just log on, and click the "My activities" link at the top of the page. If you would like access to all tickets submitted within your organization, L2L Support can enable that for you. Please note that if you have several sites using L2L, all tickets from all sites will be visible with this feature enabled.
Chat
If you have a quick question, we have a live Chat site available. You can access our Live Chat by first going to support.leading2lean.com , the L2L Support website. The link is available under the SUPPORT tab in the navigation menu on the left side of every page within Dispatch.
In the lower right hand corner of the every page on our Support website, you will see a "Support" green bubble. This will connect you with Support Personnel available to Chat with you and answer questions.
Community Center
Curious how other L2L customers are using the software? Post a topic on our Community Board!
Create a new post: Post a question to a forum when you want to know more information about an engine.
Follow a topic/post: Once you follow a forum, you will get email updates when new posts are created. You can also follow a single question in a forum if you aren't interested in the rest of the posts.
Vote on a post: If you come across a post that also interests you, you can vote on it. This makes that topic more visible to the rest of the community. Votes become very important in feature requests.
Comment on a post: We'll do our best to answer your questions.

Create an Account
We highly encourage you to create an account on the support site. This account is different from your Leading2Lean CloudDISPATCH login, and requires a separate login. To create an account, click the "Sign in" link above, then click "Sign up" in the login window.
Enter your information, and click "Sign up." Please use your work email address, as all other email addresses are blocked. An email will then be sent to your email address with a verification link. Simply click the link, create a password, and you'll be taken back to our support site with full access.
