L2L uses Zendesk for all of your support needs. With that said, we'll be disabling the SwipeGuide chat and email functionality on April 1, 2025 and transitioning to Zendesk.
What that means for you:
- The Help Center, Learning Hub, and Question Mark will take you to a new location.
2. The Chat at the bottom of the Admin page is going away. Read below for how to contact Support.
3. You can expect emails to come from leading2lean.com or l2l.com
Key Dates to Remember:
- Links on Admin pages will now bring you to L2L's Zendesk Help Page (March 17).
- Learning Hub Link will now direct you to L2L's Thinkific Courses (March 17).
- New In App Help Button (March 21st)
- Reminder Communications: You are receiving this initial reminder today, and a follow-up reminder will be sent to you on the Monday before the transition, March 24th.
- Transition Complete: Submit support requests (bugs, features, questions) through Zendesk beginning April 1st.

Submit a Ticket
Do you have a question, think you found a bug, or would like to request a feature enhancement? Submit a ticket by clicking the "Submit a request" link in the top right of our Support Site. Select a form for the type of ticket you'd like to send in; bug, feature, training need, or just have a question.You'll hear back from our support staff within a business day. L2L's response time during active hours is 30 minutes.
Chat
If you have a quick question, we have a live Chat site available. In the lower right hand corner of the every page on our Support website, you will see a "Support" green bubble. This will connect you with Support Personnel available to Chat with you and answer questions.
Community Center
Curious how other L2L customers are using the software? Post a topic on our Community Board!
Create a new post: Post a question to a forum when you want to know more information about an engine.
Follow a topic/post: Once you follow a forum, you will get email updates when new posts are created. You can also follow a single question in a forum if you aren't interested in the rest of the posts.
Vote on a post: If you come across a post that also interests you, you can vote on it. This makes that topic more visible to the rest of the community. Votes become very important in feature requests.
Comment on a post: We'll do our best to answer your questions.
