This page provides a comprehensive list of all Checklist copies within the system with available filters, which is valuable in monitoring incomplete activities as well as identifying if required work has been completed.
Accessing the Standard Work/Documents > Open/Closed Checklists

Select Standard Work/Documents from the main menu, and select 'Open/Closed Checklists' from the submenu

Filters can be accessed via the 'Filter' to include or exclude Checklist document copies according to:

Owner

Area

Value Stream

Trade

Start/End Date

After selecting the filters, select 'Apply'.

Each list header is selectable to sort the list according to that data field.

Select the name of a Checklist instance to see the information on that instance of the Checklist template.

Standard Work/Documents > Views

This page is helpful to see which documents are being accessed and leveraged by personnel within the system in chronological order.
Accessing the Standard Work/Documents > Views

Select Standard Work/Documents from the main menu, and select 'Views' from the submenu.

The Document Views screen lists site document views by Document Name, Number, Viewed By, and Date. Toggling the column 'Titles' sorts in by document, while toggling the 'View Date' sorts the list by date of document viewing.

For additional details on the Document View, select the document from the list then select the 'Document Name' to view Revision History or 'Checklist Name' to access a copy of the checklist.

Checklist Questions Report
This report is helpful to review in batch the responses received on multiple copies of a specific Checklist. The output of this report is a table of Checklist instances and the responses to the included questions.
Running a Checklist Questions Report

Select Reports from the main menu, and in the left column of report options under Checklist Reports, choose 'Checklist Questions'

Show Products: Check the box for product information displayed in the results

Show Answer History: Check the box for each answer retry to be displayed in the results

The results are displayed as shown below. If 'Show Products' and 'Show Answer History' was checked, the results will be displayed.

To check if the most up to date checklist is being used, click on the Checklist number to access the checklist. A message will appear at the top of the screen stating "There is an updated version of this Checklist available" if the most up to date checklist was not used. If an outdated revision has been used, the answers will not show up in the report.

Checklist SPC Report
This report is valuable to monitor and trend numerical Checklist Template task responses over a period of time and to view the responses relative to any Reject and Control Limits that have been established for a particular task. The output of this report is a plot of response values as well as any limits for the value; on chart is generated for each numerical task in the subject Checklist. All variable numeric responses will report on any associated SPC charts. If there are no control and/or reject limits, the numeric values will not plot on the SPC Chart.
Running a Checklist SPC Report

- Select Reports from the main menu, and in the left column of report options under Checklist Reports, choose 'Checklist SPC Chart'

This will open the Checklist SPC Chart report form page:

Use the dropdowns available to limit the scope of information included on the report. Multiple sections of the categories can be selected, but only one checklist can be chosen at a time.

- You may save this as a scheduled report using the Floppy Disc icon in the top right.

The SPC Chart will display as shown below. Hover over a point on the line, a small window will show a summary of the information. The legend to the left displays each series of data; each option in the legend can be clicked to hide it on the chart.

- Select Reports from the main menu, and in the left column of report options under Checklist Reports, choose 'Checklist SPC Chart'
Document Center Widgets
To get a glimpse at your overall document statuses, there is an Icon at the top far right that will open a widget view.
Document Status:
This widget will show you the 3 statuses of documents being Checked Out, Waiting for Approval, and Unpublished Revisions. Clicking on any of these tiles will open a filtered view of the documents with that status. Needs Approval will appear in red text if greater than 0.
Checklists Completed:
This widget will show you checklists that have been completed in the last 30 days. Clicking on this tile will bring you to the Open/Closed checklist detail screen with a filter of closed checklists.
Aging Open Checklists:
This widget will show you your open checklists and how long they have been open. Clicking on this tile will bring you to the Open/Closed Checklist detail screen with a filter of open checklists.
Aging Active Documents:
This widget will show you the current top 5 oldest (un-revisioned) documents. The number of days is based on the last revision date.
