The Leading2Lean Support website was created to help us efficiently communicate with our customers, and to help users collaborate with each other. There are three main sections to the support website: Forums, Articles, and Support Tickets.
In order to take full advantage of the support website, you'll need to create an account. Once you have an account, you can:
- Submit questions on the forum
- Submit feature requests
- View all content (certain articles and forums are hidden to the public)
- Comment on forums and articles
- Check the status of support tickets
Forums
The Forum section is where users can get involved in the L2L community. We have created a unique topic for each of our main L2L engines: Dispatch, Production, Maintenance, Inspection, Trace, Integration. Users can get involved in the following ways:
Create a new post: Post a question to a forum when you want to know more information about an engine.
Follow a topic/post: Once you follow a forum, you will get email updates when new posts are created. You can also follow a single question in a forum if you aren't interested in the rest of the posts.
Vote on a post: If you come across a post that also interests you, you can vote on it. This makes that topic more visible to the rest of the community. Votes become very important in feature requests.
Comment on a post: We'll do our best to answer your questions.
Support Articles
Between the Forums and the Support articles, you'll find the answers to most of your questions. Articles contain detailed information about our software. Go to the Help Center section to find IT Articles, FAQ, Training Manual, and other topics.
Follow sections/articles: Follow a section to receive email notifications when a new article is posted for a section and when comments are posted to the articles. You can also follow individual articles if you are interested in specific articles.
Comment: Did we forget something? Do you have additional insight? Comment on an article, and we'll incorporate your feedback in the article.
Support Tickets
Create a support ticket to contact L2L directly. Support tickets are great for data loads, complex questions, and bug reports.
Creating a ticket: To create a support ticket, just log on, click on the "Submit a request" link at the top of the page, and fill out the form.
Check ticket status/update ticket: Once a ticket has been created, you can check the status and update your tickets on the support site. Just log on, and click the "My activities" link at the top of the page. Each of your tickets will have one of the following statuses:
- Open
- Awaiting your reply
- Solved
Chat
During office hours, you can chat with an L2L agent. Just click on the chat tab below. If you catch us outside of office hours, just leave an offline message to create a ticket.

If you would rather talk to a real person, call our support line: 1-877-225-5201
