The downtime field on the dispatch screen can be set to change background color based the amount of downtime
- Go to the ‘Setup’ menu and click ‘Downtime Color And Time For Area’s on Dispatch Screen’
- Select the area from the drop down list or select Set All Areas
- Enter up to four Downtime limits and select colors, check white font box to set font to white on dark backgrounds
