The OEE Pareto Report provides a quick way to identify Areas and Lines with the lowest OEE. Availability, Performance and Quality metrics are also included so analysts can quickly identify which aspect of OEE contributes to a high or low OEE.
FAQ
- In order for OEE to be calculated, Line Cycle Times must be defined. Area, Line, Shift and Product OEE Pareto reports will not contain data from Lines without Line Cycle Times.
Pro-Tip: If your OEE Pareto Report results do not match exactly your OEE Trend Report results
The OEE Pareto Report uses the precision value from the OEE metric for all of the values displayed. Some customers have this metric set to ' .1 '.
The OEE Trend Report uses the precision value for each metric individually and as specified by the customer in the Production Settings. The default value for precision is whole numbers only, which is what the OA calculation uses. That is why there is sometimes a difference in the reported results.
