Product Order History Details

This article provides a brief overview of the Product Order History details *These are the details found at the bottom of every Product Order details page 

Product Order History details: 

• Started on 
• Completed on 
• Updated on 
• Created on 

If your plant uses L2L's Production Module in general, and our Product Orders capabilities in particular, you've probably wondered about the History details when running Product Orders and exporting this data. The details above (Started / Completed / Updated / Created) are sometimes displayed in UTC. Thus those timestamps will vary from your local time. 

The system captures the initial Created On details. The system does not track and record who started or completed Product Orders. 

And remember that if you are using an API in conjunction with the Production Module, time stamps will be displayed in UTC time (Universal Time Coordinated, aka Greenwich Mean-Time back in the day).
