- White-list the @leading2lean.com domain, @l2l.com domain, and l2lsoftware.com
- Adjust spam filters to accept emails from @leading2lean.com, @l2l.com, and l2lsoftware.com email addresses
- Do not throttle emails coming from @leading2lean.com or @l2l.com or l2lsoftware.com
