Single Sign On (SSO) & MFA Integrations

Last updated: June 19, 2026

L2L CloudDISPATCH supports Single Sign On Integrations through two types of Single Sign-on: LDAP and SAML.  Single Sign On authentication services can be used to authenticate users into L2L CloudDISPATCH using their company login credentials. It is common for companies to use SSO in conjunction with directory services such as Active Directory with their software to simplify user management and access control.

Single Sign On and Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

Multifactor authentication (MFA) is an added layer of security used to verify a user's identity when they sign in to an application. Most SAML providers allow you to configure MFA and require end users to verify their identity when initially authenticating to the SAML provider, when accessing their applications, or both. This is a great way to secure some or all your end users based on your unique security requirements. This is the preferred method for adding MFA to secure L2L logins. Please feel free to contact support for additional options or unique requirements.

Provider List

L2L is compatible with SAML providers such as ADFS, Okta, OneLogin, Azure AD, etc. The following list is a good starting point covering the most used providers we've sent, but it's not a complete list. If your provider is not listed. Let us know and we'll add them to the list. Please visit our SAML provider-specific documentation for details on configuring and deploying SAML.
